These laddoos may not look as appetizing buy they will not disappoint you on the taste front. Definitely a must try. By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2024 in Recipes Mithais New Update Ellu Urundai Main ingredients Black sesame seeds, Jaggery, Green cardamom powder Cuisine South Indian Course Mithai Prep time 10-15 minutes Cook time 15-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients · 1 cup black sesame seeds · 1 cup chopped jaggery · A large pinch of green cardamom powder · Ghee for greasing Method 1. Heat a shallow non-stick pan. Add black sesame seeds and dry roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or till they start to pop. Transfer in a plate and set aside 2. Heat jaggery in a non-stick pan. Add ¼ cup water and mix well. Cook on medium heat till the syrup reaches 1 string consistency. 3. Add black sesame seeds, green cardamom powder and mix. 4. Grease your palms with some ghee. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. 5.
