Ingredients

  • 1 green kiwi
  • 1 golden kiwi
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • Ginger ale as required
  • A pinch of salt
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves + for sprinkling
  • 2 tbsps sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Golden kiwi slices for garnish
  • Green kiwi slices for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method

  1. Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh. Transfer this into a blender jar and blend into fine paste.
  2. Put the mixture into a jar. Add lemon juice, salt, and mint leaves and mix well. Add sugar syrup and mix.
  3. Put some ice cubes into individual serving glasses. Pour a portion of the kiwi-lemon mixture into each. Add some kiwi slices and lemon slices. Sprinkle a few mint leaves and top it up with ginger ale. Mix and serve immediately.
