By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jul 2024 in Recipes Veg New Update Main ingredients Kunafa Dough, Pistachios, Cream Cheese, Honey Cuisine Middle Easters Course Desserts Prep time 10-15 minutes Cook time 10-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of cooking Difficult Others Vegetarian Ingredients 200 grams kunafa dough 1 cup Pro V Regal California Jumbo Pistachios ¾ cup cream cheese ¼ cup honey ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder 2 teaspoons dried rose petals + for garnish ¾ cup whipped cream ½ cup melted butter Blanched, peeled and slivered Pro V Regal California Jumbo Pistachios Method Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Shell Pro V Regal California Jumbo Pistachios, transfer in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder. Transfer in a bowl. Add cream cheese, honey, green cardamom powder, dried rose petals, whipped cream and mix well. Take kunafa dough in a bowl. Drizzle melted butter and mix lightly. Arrange the kunafa in nonstick cupcake moulds and place tart moulds on top. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool. Pipe the pistachio mixture in the cups.
