By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Oct 2024 in Recipes Veg New Update Main ingredients Leftover Rotis, Ghee, Milk, Sugar Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep time 6-8 minutes Cook time 10-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients 8 leftover rotis 2 tablespoons ghee 1 cup milk ½ cup sugar ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon chopped almonds 1 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios + for garnish Method Put the rotis in a blender jar and blend to a coarse powder. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add the bended powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add milk, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
