Orange Pineapple Chia Drink

Igredients

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 medium pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons Pro V Premium Chia Seeds
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Black salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Crushed ice as required
  • Fresh mint leaves as required
  • Drinking soda as required

Method

  1. Take Pro V Premium Chia Seeds in a bowl. Add ½ cup water and set aside to soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut 2 slices of pineapple and further cut into quarters.
  3. Peel remaining pineapple and chop roughly.
  4. Take a blender jar. Add oranges, pineapple, squeeze lemon, add honey and blend to fine mixture.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
  6. Add black salt, red chilli powder and mix well.
  7. Add crushed ice to individual glasses, add mint leaves and soaked chia seeds.
  8. Pour the prepared drink and top up with drinking soda.
  9. Stir, garnish with pineapple slices and serve chilled.
