Heat a non-stick pan, add the blended paste, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar, mix and cook till sugar melts. Discard the scum that forms on the surface of the mixture. Add salt, mix and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes. Switch the heat off, add lemon juice and mix till well combined. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Transfer into airtight jars and store.
