Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil water in a deep non-stick pan. Add grated bottle gourd and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain in chilled water and set aside. 
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl, add roasted cumin powder, asafetida and black salt and whisk well.
  3. Squeeze excess water from boiled bottle gourd and add to the yogurt. Add 3 cups chilled water and mix well.
  4. Transfer into individual glasses and serve chilled.
