By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Oct 2024 in Recipes Main Course Veg New Update Main Ingredients Soya Chunks, Spinach, Green Chillies Cuisine Indian Course Main Course - Vegetarian Prep time 15-20 minutes Cook time 10-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of cooking Mild Others Vegetarian Ingredients 1½ cups soya chunks 1 medium bunch spinach, blanched 2 green chillies 2 teaspoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 teaspoons chopped ginger 2 teaspoons chopped garlic 2 medium onions Salt to taste ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon garam masala powder Juice of lemon ½ cup fresh cream Ginger, cut into thin strips for garnish Method Take soya chunks in a bowl and add hot water to it, let it soak for 15-20 minutes. Take spinach in a grinding jar, add green chillies and grind to a fine paste. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds and once it changes color add ginger and garlic, sauté for a minute. Add onion and cook until golden brown in colour. Add spinach puree, salt and Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, cook for a minute. Squeeze soya chunks and add to spinach. Add ½ cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala powder, mix well.
