Turnip Fries

Ingredients
- 3-4 turnips (shalgham)
 - Olive oil for drizzling
 - Greek yogurt to serve
 - Spice mix
 - ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
 - ½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
 - Salt to taste
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
 - ¼ teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
 
Method
- Preheat the air-fryer to 180º C.
 - Peel and cut the turnips into 2 inch thick strips. Transfer the turnip strips into the air fryer basket, drizzle some olive oil and place it in the preheated air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes or till done.
 - To make the spice mix, put red chilli flakes in a mortar along with dried mixed herbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and dried mango powder and crush the mixture with a pestle.
 - Remove the turnip fries and transfer into a bowl. Sprinkle some of the spice mix and toss well.
 - Arrange the fries on a serving plate and serve with Greek yogurt.
