Stuffed Cheesy Kachoris

Ingredients

Method

  1. Take refined flour in a bowl. Add 4 tbsps Nutralite Doodhshakati Probiotic Butter Spread and mix well. Add salt and mix well.
  2. Add ½ cup water and knead to medium- hard dough. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. To make the stuffing, heat remaining Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread in a non-stick pan.
  4. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change the colour, add ginger, green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add green peas, potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture in a bowl and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Preheat the air fryer at 180⁰C.
  8. Add Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo to the potato mixture and mix well.
  9. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls. 
  10. Flatten each portion of the dough and make a dent in the centre.
  11. Stuff with a portion of the green peas-potato mixture in each dent. Bring the edges to the centre and press to seal. Flatten the kachoris slightly. Brush some Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread on top of kachoris.
  12. Grease the air fryer basket with Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread and arrange the prepared kachoris.
  13. Air fry for 18-20 minutes. Baste with Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread at regular intervals of time. 14. Arrange the kachoris on a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney.
