Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients list for Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

  • 8-12 Strawberries
  • 150 grams Cheese Philadelphia
  • ¼ cup Condensed milk
  • ¾ cup Whipped cream
  • For topping Chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Take Philadelphia cheese in a bowl. Add condensed milk and whisk till well combined.
  2. Add whipped cream and fold in well.
  3. Remove the top and bottom part of the strawberries and core them.
  4. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the cheese mixture and pipe into the strawberries and on top as well. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve immediately.
