Ingredients list for Aam Panna Sorbet
- 3 Raw mangoes boiled, peeled and pulp removed
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- to taste Black salt
- 2 teaspoons Roasted cumin powder
- a pinch Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
- for garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Heat mango pulp in a deep non-stick pan. Add 2½ cups water and mix well.
- Add sugar, black salt, cumin powder and nutmeg powder, mix well and cook till the sugar dissolves.
- Transfer the mixture in ice cube tray and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Crush in a blender.
- Scoop into individual martini glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
