Ingredients for Adrak Haldi ka Pickle Recipe

  • Fresh Ginger peeled 3 inch

  • Turmeric peeled 3 inch

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 3-4 tablespoons

  • Green chillies 4-5

Method

Step 1

Cut ginger into thin strips. Slice fresh turmeric. Put both into a bowl, add salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 2

Roughly chop green chillies and add to the bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer the prepared pickle into a glass bottle and serve as required.
