  • 1 tablespoon Ginger juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 8 tablespoon Sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Method

  1. Mix together ginger juice, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and sugar syrup in a large jug. Add six cups of water and stir.
  2. Place ice cubes in individual glasses and pour in the ginger lemon syrup. Serve, garnished with a slice of lemon fixed on the rim.
