Ingredients list for Aloo Bukhare Ka Sharbat

  • 1 kilogram Plums seeded and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)

Method

  1. Blend together plums, powdered sugar, cumin powder, salt and three cups water till smooth paste. Add water if required.
  2. Pour the juice in four glasses and serve chilled.
