Ingredients for Aloo Bukhare Ka Sharbat Recipe

  • Plums seeded and chopped 1 kilogram

  • Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Cumin powder 2 teaspoons

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

Method

Step 1

Blend together plums, powdered sugar, cumin powder, salt and three cups water till smooth paste. Add water if required.

Step 2

Pour the juice in four glasses and serve chilled.
