By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Whole wheat flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Puri 3 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup Refined flour to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil to serve Sabzi Method Take the potatoes in a parat, add salt, carom seeds, whole wheat flour and refined flour and mix well. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead into semi soft dough. Rest the dough for 5 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Divide the dough into equal portions, shape them into balls. Apply a little oil on the work top, place each dough ball on it and roll it into puris. Gently slide in the puris, one at a time, and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
