Ingredients list for Aloo Tuk

  • 20-24 Baby potatoes with skin boiled
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Lightly press the potatoes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the potatoes on medium heat till they become crisp and golden. Drain and place them in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and dried mango powder and mix well so that all the potatoes get covered with the masalas. Serve hot.
