Heat sufficient oil in a kadai on medium heat. Prick potatoes with a fork and slide into the oil and deep fry. Place chaat masala, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, coriander powder and salt in a small bowl and mix well. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them on tissue paper. Press lightly with the back of a spoon. Heat oil again and fry potatoes again till crisp and golden. Drain on tissue paper. Place potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle the masala mixture and toss.
