Ingredients list for Aloo Tuk
- 12 Baby Potatoes
 - for deep-frying Red Chilli Powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
 - 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
 - to taste Salt
 
Method
- Clean potatoes well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai on medium heat.
 - Prick potatoes with a fork and slide into the oil and deep fry.
 - Place chaat masala, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, coriander powder and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
 - When the potatoes are cooked, drain them on tissue paper.
 - Press lightly with the back of a spoon.
 - Heat oil again and fry potatoes again till crisp and golden.
 - Drain on tissue paper. Place potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle the masala mixture and toss. Serve immediately.
