Ingredients for Ambyacha Sheera Recipe

  • semolina 1 cup

  • Mango pulp 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 1 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Mango pulp 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat the ghee in a kadai and roast the semolina till light brown.

Step 2

Add the sugar, milk and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves and the mixture attains the consistency of halwa.

Step 3

Add the mango pulp and elaichi powder and mix well.

Step 4

Remove from heat and serve hot.
