By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Jan 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Small pomegranate, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Anar Raita - SK Khazana 1 Small pomegranate pearls removed 2 cups Yogurt 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 pinch + to sprinkle Red chilli powder to taste Black salt Method Heat a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and dry roast till they turn dark and fragrant. Transfer into a mortal and crush lightly with a pestle. Take most of the pomegranate pearls in a mixing bowl, add yogurt, coriander leaves, chilli powder, black salt and most of the crushed cumin seeds. Mix well. Refrigerate till serving.
