Ingredients for Anardane Aur Pudine Ki Chutney Recipe

  • Fresh Pomegranate Pearls 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh Mint Leaves 1/2 cup

  • Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • Green chillies, roughly chopped 3

  • Ginger, chopped 1 inch piece

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds, dry pomegranate seeds and a little water in a mixer jar till smooth.

Step 2

Transfer the chutney in a bowl. Add fresh pomegranate pearls, yogurt and mix well. Cool and serve
