Ingredients list for Anari Aloo

  • 2 teaspoon Dried Pomegranate Seeds roasted and powdered
  • 6 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add potatoes and toss on high heat for two to three minutes. Add powdered anardana, red chilli powder and dried mango powder. Mix well and add salt.
  2. Sprinkle some water and cook till the potatoes are heated through. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
