Ingredients list for Angoor Aur Khajur Ki Chutney

  • 25-30 Grapes seedless
  • 250 grams Dates deseeded & chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Raisins
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery (gur) grated

Method

  1. Dry roast cumin seeds, cool and powder. Cook together grapes and dates along with few drops of water till the grapes are completely mashed.
  2. Add red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder, raisins and cook for five minutes. Add salt and jaggery and mix well till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
