Ingredients for Angoor Aur Khajur Ki Chutney Recipe

  • Grapes seedless 25-30

  • Dates deseeded & chopped 250 grams

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Raisins 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Dry roast cumin seeds, cool and powder. Cook together grapes and dates along with few drops of water till the grapes are completely mashed.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder, raisins and cook for five minutes. Add salt and jaggery and mix well till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended.

Step 3

Serve at room temperature.
