Ingredients for Apple Chips Recipe

  • Green apples 2

  • Fresh cream ½ cup

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

  • Dark chocolate cut into pieces ½ cup


Step 1

Preheat oven at 130 degree Celsius.

Step 2

Core and cut apple into thin rings.

Step 3

Take castor sugar in a bowl. Add cinnamon powder and mix.

Step 4

Place a silicon mat over a baking tray and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over it.

Step 5

Place apple slices over the sugar and sprinkle more sugar over it.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven for 5 -7 minutes at 130 degrees or till apple slices are crisp and golden brown.

Step 7

To make the sauce heat fresh cream in a nonstick pan.

Step 8

Transfer the cream into the broken chocolate pieces and mix well till it melts.

Step 9

Remove the apple chips from the oven.

Step 10

Cool and serve with chocolate sauce.
