Ingredients list for Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream
- 2 cup Milk FOR ICE CREAM
- 2 cups Apples peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- For apple-cinnamon flavouring
Method
- To make the ice cream, boil milk and sugar in a non-stick pan. Simmer, stirring, till the sugar gets dissolved.
- Take the pan off the heat and add milk powder and whisk well. Allow it to cool.
- Add cream and mix well. Pour into a shallow container, cover and freeze till firm.
- For the apple and cinnamon flavouring, cook the apples with sugar and cinnamon powder and a quarter cup of water in a non-stick pan on medium heat till the apples are soft. Cool the mixture.
- Remove the ice cream from the container and blend it in a blender till smooth and creamy.
- Add the apple-cinnamon flavoring and mix well. Freeze until firm.
- Scoop and serve.
