Ingredients list for Atta Cheela

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 Green Chilli chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, green chillies, salt, onions, chopped coriander leaves and sufficient water to make a thick but pouring consistancy batter.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful of batter on a tawa drizzle some oil and fry till golden brown on both the sides.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney.
