Ingredients list for Banana Delight

  • 5 Small Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Sponge Cake
  • 1 round Vanilla sponge cake
  • 2-3 pieces mixed nut chikki
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Tutti frutti
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Icing sugar

Method

  1. Peel bananas and slice them thinly. Heat butter in a non stick kadai and when the butter melts add banana slices and cook.
  2. Slice sponge cake horizontally. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly toast one slice of the vanilla cake.
  3. Crush together chikki and raisins, add to the banana mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Add tutti frutti, turn off heat and add honey and mix.
  5. Place the toasted sponge cake on a plate, spread the banana mixture over it.
  6. Sprinkle icing sugar and cocoa powder through a sieve, one after the other, over the banana mixture. Serve.
