Bar-Be-Cued Corn

This is corn on the cob cooked on the grill with spices and butter. It makes for a yummy side dish to any meal. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Bar-Be-Cued Corn

  • 4 medium Corn Corb
  • to taste Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed

Method

  1. Boil the corn in salty water for fifteen to twenty minutes. Drain and keep aside. Put the cobs directly on bar-be-cue. Add finely chopped garlic to the butter and mix well.
  2. Add crushed pepper and mix. Apply this mixture liberally on the cob. Let it cook on the fire till a little brown.
  3. Serve hot.
