Ingredients for Basil Almond Soup Recipe

  • Fresh Basil Leaves chopped 8-10

  • Almond Paste 1 cup

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • White pepper powder to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till fragrant. Add almond paste and saute for half a minute.

Step 2

Add white pepper powder, salt and five cups of water. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for two to three minutes. Add cream and basil leaves, mix well and simmer for two minutes. Serve hot with bread sticks.
