- 1 small Beetroot chopped
Method
- Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, one cup yogurt in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.
- Add the remaining yogurt, ice cubes and continue to blend for another two minutes.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
