Line individual silicon muffin moulds with paper cupcake moulds. Cream together butter, castor sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and mix. Add vanilla essence, mixed berries, walnuts and oats and mix well. Sieve in flour, baking powder and baking soda and fold well. Fill in ¾ of each lined silicon muffin moulds with prepared berries-oats mixture and tap. Put the prepared silicon muffin moulds on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Demould and serve.
