Ingredients list for Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Ripe mango chopped
  • 2 medium Kiwi roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • as required Ice cubes
  • ½ cup Coconut milk
  • for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh and put into a blender jar. Add mango, kiwi, pineapple juice and some ice cubes to a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour avocado mixture into individual glasses till ¾ full.
  3. Blend together coconut milk, blueberries and some ice cubes to a smooth mixture and pour on top of avocado mixture filling the glasses.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
