Add baking soda, baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix well. Add blueberry compote and mix well. Add buttermilk and mix to make a lump free batter. Add a little water if the batter is too thick. Set aside for a while. Heat a little oil in a shallow non stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter into it and let it spread evenly. Cover and cook on medium heat till set and the underside cooked. Turn over gently and let the other side cook too. Gently fold into half and slide onto a serving plate. Top it with whipped cream and little blueberry compote and serve immediately.
