Remove with a slotted spoon and refresh in cold water. Lay them on a tea towel and gently dab. Place a cannelloni piece on the work top. Crumble a boondi laddoo and place it at one end. Gently roll it up. Similarly prepare more rolls with the remaining cannelloni pieces and boondi laddoos. Arrange two rolls per plate and top them up with half a cup of rabdi. Serve immediately.
