By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bread crumbs , Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Bread Vada 1 cup Bread crumbs 1/2 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Rice flour 3/4 cup Carrots chopped 1/4 cup Onion chopped 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped a pinch Soda bicarbonate to deep fry Oil Method Combine chopped onion, carrots, green chillies, mint, coriander leaves and yogurt. Mix well. Add rice flour, cooking soda, salt, breadcrumbs and a little water. Mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Apply oil on your palm and then shape in to round vadas Deep fry in medium hot oil till light brown and crisp. Remove and serve with the choice of chutney.
