Ingredients
- 1 breadfruit
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Method
- Trim the breadfruit, quarter it, remove the hard centre and peel them. Further cut them thinly into strips and put them into salted water.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan.
- Drain the chips from the water and deep fry the chips till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle a little salt over them if you wish and serve hot.
