By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Refined flour, Salt Cuisine Parsi Course Breads Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Brun Pav - SK Khazana 4 cups Refined flour 1 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoons Castor sugar 2 tablespoons Activated yeast 2 tablespo for greasing Oil to serve Butter to serve Masala tea Method Sieve refined flour into a bowl. Add salt and castor sugar and mix well. Make a well in the middle, add activated yeast and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead into soft dough. Add oil and knead again till smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. Dust flour on the worktop and place the prepared dough on it. Knock back the dough and divide into 6 equal portions. Grease your hands with a little oil and shape each portion into a ball. Place them on a greased baking tray and cover with a damp muslin cloth. Set aside to prove for 20-25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180º C. Gently remove the muslin cloth and spray water over the dough balls. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
