Ingredients list for Canapes Chaat

  • 16 Canape Cups
  • to deep fry Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups White Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Corn chips shelled and boiled
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mixed vegetables boiled
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the canapés until light brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
  2. Mix together the white sauce, corn, mushrooms and mixed vegetables in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Put this mixture into individual canapés, garnish with grated paneer and serve immediately.
