Ingredients for Caramel Walnut Chocolate - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Caramel 1/2 cup

  • Walnuts chopped 1 cup

  • Dark chocolate chopped 2 cups


Step 1

Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick deep pan, place an empty bowl on top of it. Put the chocolate into the bowl and allow it to melt, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Once melted, stir continuously to remove lumps and temper the chocolate.

Step 3

Pour the tempered chocolate into the moulds, swirl so that chocolate spreads evenly, pour the excess back into the bowl leaving a thin layer of chocolate in the moulds.

Step 4

Keep the mould in the refrigerator for the shells to set.

Step 5

Fill caramel into a piping bag, pipe the caramel into the prepared chocolate shells.

Step 6

Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top and press lightly with the back of a spoon to level the surface. Cover with a layer of tempered chocolate and scrape the excess back into the bowl.

Step 7

Keep the moulds in the refrigerator again to set.

Step 8

De-mould, arrange them in a serving plate and serve.
