By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dulche Leche, Walnuts Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Caramel Walnut Chocolate Tart - SK Khazana 100 grams Dulche Leche 8-10 Walnuts chopped 10-12 Chocolate biscuits 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder 1/4 cup Butter melted 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped Method Put the chocolate biscuits into a zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Transfer the crushed cookies into a bowl, add cocoa powder and melted butter and mix well. Spread the prepared biscuit mix on a tart mould and level with a spoon. Refrigerate to set. Heat a non-stick pan, add walnuts and dry roast them. Add dulche leche and mix well. Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan till lukewarm. To make ganache, take dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the fresh cream over it and mix till well combined. Spread a layer of prepared walnut-dulche leche mixture over the biscuit layer in the tart mould. Top it with a layer of the chocolate ganache and form little peaks with a spoon.
