Ingredients list for Cashew Pakoda

  • 100 grams Cashewnuts
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry cashewnuts till golden and crisp.Drain on an absorbent paper.
  2. Sprinkle red chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, onion powder and chaat masala on top and toss.
  3. Serve immediately or cool and store in an air tight container.
