Ingredients
- 1 medium potato
- 3 cauliflower florets
- 1/2 small leek
Method
- Wash, peel and cube the potato. Wash the leek, remove the tough outer layer and then slice thinly. Steam or boil the potato, cauliflower and leek for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Puree in a blender with a little breast or formula milk until smooth and creamy.
