Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- Refined flour slurry as required
- Panko breadcrumbs as required
- Oil for deep frying
- Ketchup mayo for drizzling
- Parsley leaves for garnish
Method
- Take cauliflower into a large bowl, add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic granules, salt, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and set aside.
- Take panko breadcrumbs in a bowl and refined flour slurry in another bowl. Dip each piece of cauliflower into the slurry and roll it into panko. Set aside.
- Heat sufficient oil in kadai, drop in the cauliflower florets and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. Transfer them into a bowl.
- Drizzle ketchup mayo on top and garnish with parsley leaves. Serve hot.
