By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Medium onion Cuisine Pakistani Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 2-2.30 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chapli Kabab-SK Khazana 200 grams Chicken mince 1 Medium onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons Spring onions greens chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped ` tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoons Kebab masala to taste Salt 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 Egg as required Oil 2 Medium tomatoes sliced to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon wedges Method Mix together chicken mince, onion, spring onion greens, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, kebab masala, salt, green chillies, lemon juice and egg in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Place a tomato slice in the centre of each patty and press. Place these patties in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till fully cooked and evenly done on both sides.
