Ingredients
- 2 raw mangoes peeled and grated
 - 3/4 cup castor sugar
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons jaggery (gur) grated
 - 1 1/4 teaspoons red chilli powder
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mango powder (amchur)
 - 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
 
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add mangoes, castor sugar and jaggery, mix well and cook till the mangoes turn pulpy.
 - Add chilli powder, dried mango powder and cumin powder, mix well and cook till fully done.
 - Cool and serve or store in an airtight container.
