Ingredients list for Chaya Kadohi
- 1 teaspoon Nilgiri tea
- to taste Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rose water
- 2-3 Lovage leaves
Method
- Place the water in a pan. Rub the tea leaves with the tips of your fingers to help release the aroma.
- .Add them to the water and bring it to boil. Boil for 2 minutes, add sugar to taste and the rose water. Cover and boil for few seconds. Allow to cool, then chill. Add the lovage leaves before serving.
