Ingredients list for Cheese And Pineapple Sandwich

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 3-4 slices Canned pineapple chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Bean sprouts
  • 4 slices Brown bread
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • a few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • a few drops Tobasco sauce
  • a few leaves Lettuce

Method

  1. Take the bread slices and butter them on one side. For the filling mix together chopped pineapple, bean sprouts, grated cheese, one tablespoon mayonnaise, cream, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and a little tobasco sauce.
  2. On the bread slices keep a lettuce leaf and put the filling on it.
  3. Cover the filling with another lettuce leaf and cover the sandwich finally with another slice of bread spread with mayonnaise.
  4. Press slightly. Trim the sides of the bread, cut in triangles and serve.
