By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green olives, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Stuffed Olives 20-24 Green olives pitted 1/4 cup Processed cheese grated for deep-frying Oil 2 tablespoons Cream cheese to taste Salt 2 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 5-6 Garlic cloves chopped 1 Egg 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Bread crumbs Method Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Combine processed cheese, cream cheese, salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Stuff the olives with the cheese mixture. Break the egg in a bowl, add a few drops of water and beat well. Spread the flour and breadcrumbs on two separate plates. Coat the stuffed olives with flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Dip them once again in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Slide them into hot oil and deep-fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
