Ingredients for Cheese Stuffed Smoked Salmon Recipe

  • Salmon fish tinned, smoked 8 slices

  • Cream cheese ½ cup

  • Capers 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon segments 1

  • Dill chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Cucumber sliced thinly 1 large

  • Dill sprigs for garnish

Method

Step 1

Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add capers, lemon segments and dill and mix well.

Step 2

Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Fill a piping bag with the mixture.

Step 3

Place the fish slices on the worktop. Pipe out the mixture atone end of each fish slice and roll.

Step 4

Place the fish rolls on cucumber slices and roll.

Step 5

Place the rolls on a serving platter, sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top and serve immediately garnished with dill sprigs.
