Ingredients list for Cheese and Olive Sandwich

  • 1 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons Mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 1 cup Pitted Green Olives sliced
  • 8 slices White bread slices
  • for brushing Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4-6 tablespoons Parsley finely chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place bread slices on baking tray. Brush with oil and place in oven bake for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix olives, processed cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, mozzarella cheese cubes, green olives and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Remove tray from oven. Flip slices and spread a spoonful of cheese-olive mixture evenly on 4 slices. Cover with remaining slices and place tray again in oven, bake till cheese melts and bread is crisp and golden. Cut into rectangles and serve immediately.
